GOOD WORK DESERVES A GOOD PLACE TO DO IT
Most remodeling crews are handed a job that was sold before it was designed. Ours are not. Every project we take on is drawn completely, priced in one fixed contract and approved by the homeowner before demolition, which means the people on site know what they are building, what it is made of and when it is due. That is better for the client, and it is a better way to work.
We keep the company small on purpose. You will know the project lead, the designer and the owner by name, and your work will be seen.
Roles We Hire For
We build a small number of projects at a time and we build them completely, so every person on the crew matters. These are the roles we recruit for on an ongoing basis. If your trade is not listed and you work to this standard, we still want to hear from you.
Lead Carpenter
Runs the job site day to day: framing, structural changes, rough and finish carpentry, and coordinating trades against the approved drawings.
Project Manager
Owns the schedule, the budget and the client relationship from pre-construction to the final walkthrough. Design-build experience preferred.
Finish Carpenter / Cabinet Installer
Installs custom cabinetry, trim, doors and built-ins to a standard that holds up under close inspection.
Tile & Waterproofing Specialist
Builds showers and wet areas from the substrate out: pans, membranes, layout and clean, level tile work.
Painter / Finisher
Prep, patching, spraying and hand finishing on occupied homes where cleanliness matters as much as the finish.
Trade Partners
Licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC contractors who want a steady pipeline of well-planned residential projects.
