It depends on scope, whether layout or structure changes, and the finishes you choose. Every project is priced in one fixed contract after design, so you know the full commitment before construction begins.
No. If you decide to stop after design, all completed drawings and specifications are yours to keep once the design phase is paid in full.
A tub-to-shower conversion or cabinet refresh is usually a few weeks of construction; a full kitchen or primary bath six to ten weeks; a whole-home renovation several months in phases. Custom cabinetry and stone lead times drive the schedule, so we order them before demolition.
Most of our clients do. We seal the work zone, protect floors and hallways, clean up daily, keep a working bathroom and kitchen station available, and give notice before noisy or water-off days.

Our way of building: architecture, craftsmanship, building science and wellness treated as one system. It shows up as honest materials, cabinetry built by our own carpenters, bonded waterproofing, dedicated dehumidification and ventilation, whole-home water and air filtration, and circadian lighting designed in from the start.
A restrained palette that ages well: custom hardwood and painted finishes cabinetry with soft-close hardware, honed natural stone, stone and natural stone, handmade tile, level-five plaster-smooth walls, solid-core doors, and a single coordinated finish fixtures.
Invoices are issued through our invoicing system by phase as work is completed, with a schedule set in the proposal. The final payment follows the walkthrough and punch list.
Changes happen. Any change after the proposal is priced, explained and approved in writing before it is built, so the budget never moves without your signature.
