Our Process

We provide a distinct process that guarantees a high-quality outcome on every occasion.

1. Initial inquiry:

We appreciate you completing our initial contact form. Our next step is to comprehend your build’s vision. Please provide us with as much information as possible about your dream project to help us see things from your perspective and understand your potential project better.

To aid our understanding of your building project, please upload existing documents outlining your project intent, such as sketches or detailed architectural and engineering plans. You can find a checklist of documents to upload by clicking here.In addition, we would be grateful if you could provide photos of your project or a video walk-through describing what you aim to achieve.

2. Inquiry evaluation:

We take pride in providing top-notch services for high-end custom homes and renovations. We strive to establish a mutually beneficial working relationship with our clients from the start, and our communication is always honest. We evaluate each project based on factors such as location, budget, and scope of work to determine if we’re the right fit for the partnership. If circumstances change later on, we’re open to re-evaluating your project.

Our unique building process sets us apart from the competition. When we’re confident that we’re the right choice for your project, we’ll share more information through a secure webpage. This will not only enlighten you but also reinforce your decision to choose Lifestyle Remodeling as your builder. You’ll learn about our start-to-finish approach, BFP™ project management system, weekly documentation videos, and attention to detail that guarantees high-quality workmanship.

Our reputation is a valuable asset, and we encourage you to review our project portfolio to see some of our unique and specific projects and how we execute them. This will give you insight, confidence, and discernment when choosing Lifestyle Remodeling as your builder.

We’ll arrange an introductory meeting to walk you through our comprehensive process and explain the software we use to execute your build. Feel free to email us with any concerns or questions beforehand.

3. Project Details:

The more we plan, the better we can build. Once we reach an agreement to proceed with your project, we will provide you with a detailed background information form to gather more information about you and your build.

To create a proposal for you, we need as much information as possible. While we have already obtained a lot of information, we want to ensure we have everything we need. Therefore, we have provided a checklist of all the necessary documents you will need to upload.

We understand that going through the checklist may be overwhelming, but we are here to help. If you need an architect or interior designer, we can recommend trustworthy and compatible professionals we have worked with in the past.

4. Project Proposal Agreement:

In order to ensure that we are on the same page, we ask for a non-refundable fee upfront to create your Project Proposal, which is a comprehensive and transparent document that outlines the details and costs of your project. Before starting, we will send you an agreement that lists everything that will be included, which gives us both confidence and transparency moving forward. If you agree to the terms, you can sign and return the agreement along with the requested fee. Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our reliable network of suppliers and tradespeople to cost out your project, and present you with a full breakdown of the scope and costs. You will have access to this proposal through our BFP™ project management software, and can provide feedback and request revisions as needed. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality project that is within your budget, and we will work closely with you, your architect, and your designer to achieve this.
